Oh my gosh, when my husband brought these home I was like eh? I'm more of a salt girl. Id rather him bring me pizza with a bow on it.
But then, at second glance I saw crystals. Crystals on top of the chocolates?! Sea Salt (which is actually called Fleur de Sel) was sprinkled ever so lightly in the center of the square. These are THE BEST chocolates I have ever had. And the cocoa is from a sustainable farm in Columbia. So enjoy without the guilt!
